Description of of aerogel insulation blanket:
Aerogel felt is a flexible thermal insulation material synthesized by special process by taking silica aerogel as the main material and compounding in reinforced fiber, such as glass fiber and pre-oxidized fiber.
Aerogel felt is currently the lowest thermal conductivity of solid insulation material in the temperature region of about 400℃ (the thermal conductivity of the high temperature region of 400-1000℃ is much higher than the micro-nano insulation series).
Aerogel blanket is soft, easy to cut, low density, inorganic fire prevention, overall hydrophobic, green environmental protection and other characteristics, it can replace glass fiber products, asbestos insulation felt, silicate fiber products and other environmental protection, poor thermal insulation performance of the traditional flexible insulation materials.
Aerogel blanket is mainly used in industrial pipeline, storage tank, industrial furnace body, power plant, life capsule, ship bulkhead, motor car, direct buried pipeline, injection molding machine, removable insulation sleeve, heavy oil mining high temperature steam pipeline, transportation, household appliances, steel, non-ferrous metal, glass and other fields of thermal insulation.
